Q. What will The Baby Nanny™ do for me?
A. The Baby Nanny™ will allow you to enter your child’s sleeping, fussing, eating and diaper change habits. As you continue to enter the information The Baby Nanny™ will process the data and provide you with easy-to-read charts and graphs about your child’s behavior and habits.
Q. Is there a trial version available?
A. Yes there is a trial available for seven days so that you can see if The Baby Nanny™ is right for you and your child. Visit our DOWNLOAD page.
Q. Will I lose my information that I have stored using the trial version when I purchase The Baby Nanny™?
A. No. Your information will be retained when the product is activated.
Q. How do I get The Baby Nanny™?
A. Simply visit our PURCHASE page. Our orders are processed by PayPal and you can pay by the credit card of your choice. You do not need to be a member of PayPal. Once the transaction is completed, you’ll instantly receive an activation code for The Baby Nanny™ and a link to download a new version of the software if required.
Q. Does it take a lot of time to record data using The Baby Nanny™?
A. It is just a few clicks of your mouse and you are done! It will only be a few minutes in your day.
Q. My child is taking medication for reflux or other condition, is there an area that I can add this to record the times I give it?
A. Yes there is a place that you can choose to add any event that you want to record and follow.
Q. How much does The Baby Nanny™ cost?
A. It is $21.95 US for the program and you will be able to use it indefinitely and for as many children as you like.
Q. Is there a time limit to how long I can record my child’s events?
A. There is no time limit. In fact, we recommend you keep using The Baby Nanny™ at different stages in your baby’s first two years. Babies’ natural patterns change as they develop, for instance teething may cause a baby to wake more in the night, so The Baby Nanny™ will come in handy throughout the early years.
Q. How many children can I track at one time?
A. Once you purchase the program you can record several children at one time, you do not need to buy a program for each child.
